Had to call on Dave 28/6. Had a major toilet problem. The problem couldn't be fixed as he needed to attack it from under the house, and it was heading towards darkness. He said he would be back the next morning (Sunday), which he did with another chap to assist. Dave fixed the problem. I paid him, which was very reasonable, seeing it was Saturday/Sunday and two men. I have had Dave before and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to friends. He is easy to talk to, honest, and a very nice man.

Dave is the most wonderful plumber I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The thought of having to phone a plumber can be somewhat scary, for many reasons, main reason is cost. HOWEVER, Dave is upfront with costs, is efficient and very confident. Knows exactly what to do and has a wonderful sense of humor. Rarely do I write a review, mainly because I can't really be bothered, and in actual fact, I had to sign up to write this one, but as I am so happy and relieved that the job has been done, and the costs were laid out in the beginning, and he explained EVERYTHING and there was NO HIDDEN EXTRA'S, I felt compelled to write this one. Good on ya Dave, nice to know there are some of you guys out there :-)

Found we had a main water line concealed leak after a neighbour reported it. SMS'd Dave at 9.30pm, he responded immediately and was on site to assess at 7am the next day. He organised a pipe location specialist, had a temporary line run that day, and within a week the new line has been run and the job completed. We didn't shop around...Dave quoted everything in advance and prices seemed reasonable.
Dave's magnet is now on our fridge, can't make a better recommendation than that!

Had a whilstling toilet problem. Found Dave of Be Assured Plumbing at True Local after making half a dozen calls to various plumbers for a quote. Dave very helpfully offered a simple suggestion over the phone that fixed the toilet problem, after I explained that I would be replacing the toilet suite in a couple of months in any event. He also provided tips on what type of toilet I would need based on the location of the pipes and things to consider when shopping for one. I am so impressed with this initial level of service that I will be calling him to install the new toilet and bathroom basin. I've never posted an online review before but I just couldn't stay silent given how great his advice was.

We called Dave at 1:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon and he was at our place within 35 minutes. He had a quick look and assured us it wouldn't take too long, and our leaky toilet was fixed within half an hour. Dave explained what he had done and was very friendly and has a great sense of humour. Highly recommended to everyone needing a reliable, professional and friendly plumber. 10/10.

We had a blocked main and called Dave based on the review on truelocal. Dave offered us a free quote which we accepted. Dave came around and did the job today. The job was done professionally and Dave is very down to earth and friendly. We even grabbed a few more fridge magnets off him so we can pass them onto friends in the area. Will definitely recommend to Dave to others for their plumbing needs.

Called Dave after almost destroying my toilet trying to fix a broken part (which I broke myself!). He came out that afternoon and gave some very honest advice. Told me that I could try and fix the cistern myself and to get him to come back if I had any issues. Professional, friendly and honest service. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this plumber to anybody, his service was fantastic, his prices extremely reasonable and he went well above the call of duty to fix our blocked sewer. We had some really serious problems that should have cost us a lot more then it did, he understood our requirements and was also a nice bloke to have a beer with at the end of the job. Will definitely be using Dave as our Local Plumber. P.s we have a plumber in the family that couldn't even come out so to say we were impressed with Dave is an understatement!

Dave is a true professional and also meticulous in his standard of work. Gave us a number of options to solve our storm water problems and the various costs of each option. Very thorough in his approach and I've now piece of mind that my garage will no longer flood. We were so impressed that we then gave him another piece of work to plumb in our new laundry and replace the sewer line too. Have already recommended him to neighbours.

For years now we have had major sewer blockages in our 60 year old pipes but plumbers have quoted us exhorbitant prices to replace the sewer line. After yet another blockage we decided to try an alternative plumber in our district. Dave from Be Assured was fantastic. Not only was his quote for a major sewer line replacement significantly less than other quotes, he was punctual, polite and always contactable. Our greatest fear with replacing the sewer was that our beloved front garden would be destroyed in the process. Not the case! Dave works in a team with a highly skilled bob-cat operator and they both assured us that the garden would be safe in their hands. Sure enough the trenches were dug skilfully, whilst protecting the surrounding garden in the process. We were surprised that there was such little interference to the area beyond the pipeline. A job well done at an affordable price. Needless to say, Dave is now our regular plumber!

After getting a ridiculous quote from one of the other bigger, franchise-style plumbing services, I googled my local pumbers and rang Be Assured. I was immediately made to feel important and he actually wanted to do the job efficiently and economically. Dave has a great phone manner, that truly makes a difference. I was able to get our job that entailed installing all the sets of taps in 2 bathrooms with a professional service and well within budget. Dave arrived on time and brought along his apprentice - also named Dave ("2 Daves for the price of one!") and they got to work immediately with a fun and professional style. Thanks boys! Over the past 2 years I have been renovating our home. I have installed gas throughout the house and a new hot water system, dug up and paved the back yard, pulled up the floor in the laundry, installed a new kitchen and am now paving part of the drive. Dave has been a great help during all this work providing advice and helping out with high quality work, fitting out all the gas, installing the kitchen, laying starmwater drains...even installing taps.
Dave stands with the best trades men by being truely interested in providing a high quality product with an attention to detail at a reasonable price. Dave also has a great rapore with his apprentices taking the time to teach them the right way not just the quick way.
I thoroughly recommend Be Assured Plumbing and already have to my friends, and they have been just as impressed as I am.

I recently had a leaking toilet and phoned Dave from Be Assured who came over and had a look at it for me. He quoted me a price up front and did the work in no time at all. I then got him to have a look at a our other leaking toilet and he replaced the washer in it as well. He was a pleasure to deal with and was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Well, I did not get the service directly but I would like to get to them to do the plumbing service because they are honest and trusty.
My dryer machine in the laundry was almost falling and I called them because I thought plumbing service will do. What I got from them is that I need to go to find a handy man because handy man will do the work and charge cheaper.
How honest they are! They sacrifice their business for the sake of cost of customer. But I am pretty sure I would look for them if I need it.
